La Ventana / El Sargento Building

Several Sustainable Green Designs homes are currently under construction including Casa del Viento in El Sargento and Casa Epperson in La Ventana.  These homes are built with affordable concrete block.     Casa del Viento has great indoor outdoor living space with a roof terrace and a multi level first floor terrace with custom concrete couches.  Casa Epperson features 2 bedrooms and a great room kitchen in a compact 2 story 700 square feet.
